Welcome to Off-Field (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your use of our Website and the purchase of our magazine (the "Product"). By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in £GBP and no VAT is charged as per Group 3 of Schedule 8 of the VAT Act 1994
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes.

4. UK Mainland Shipping

  • Estimated delivery times (subject to change):
    • UK: 4-5 business days

  • Non-mainland destinations: For Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other non-mainland areas, see section 5 below.

5. International and Non-Mainland UK Shipping

  • For all international and non-mainland UK destinations (including islands), please get in touch directly so we can offer the most competitive rates—especially on bulk orders. Email: hello@off-field.net
  • The shipping costs displayed online are fixed, standard rates rather than live carrier quotes.
  • Once your order is placed, we’ll reach out to collect a valid local telephone number (including country code) for the delivery address. If we need any additional details, we’ll follow up with you.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
  • Once your order is placed and shipping details are finalised, we’ll send you an estimated delivery date.

6. Cancellation and Returns

  • You have 14 days to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • To cancel, email us at hello@off-field.net with your order details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the Product purchased.
